Sale of Tourist Services

Travel Noto specialises in the online sale of tourist services. These services may include but are not limited to accommodation, transportation, tours, and activities.

Process of Booking

1. To book your experience, please select the desired date, hours, number of participants, and any additional extras, then click on the “Book Now” button.
2. Fill in the required booking information and review the advance payment amount, which should be less than 15% of the total booking cost. Make sure to read and accept the Terms and Conditions before proceeding. Once done, click on “Complete Order.”
3. After completing the booking process, please wait for the confirmation email, which will be sent within 48 hours and will include the details of your booking. At this stage, you will also be informed about the advance payment amount that needs to be paid. If, for any reason, the booking cannot be confirmed due to unavailability, a cancellation email will be sent, and the reservation will be canceled.
4. The final balance should be paid at the scheduled time and location of your booked experience. You can choose from the payment methods supported by our partner to settle the remaining amount.

Please note that failure to complete the advance payment or pay the final balance may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the service. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing or via email at info@travelnoto.com, providing the following details:

– Date of purchase

– Description of the service purchased
