Katedral daha sonra eski San Nicol\u00f2 kilisesinin yerinde yeniden in\u015fa edildi ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar 1694'te ba\u015flay\u0131p 18. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131na kadar devam etti. Cephe \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00f6l\u00fcme ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r; orta b\u00f6l\u00fcmde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir g\u00fcl penceresi bulunur ve iki yan b\u00f6l\u00fcmde azizlerin ve di\u011fer dini fig\u00fcrlerin heykelleri bulunur.<br \/>Katedralin i\u00e7 k\u0131sm\u0131, yan \u015fapellerle \u00e7evrili geni\u015f bir orta nef ile ayn\u0131 derecede etkileyicidir. Katedral, Barok d\u00f6neminin en \u00fcnl\u00fc sanat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131ndan baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n eserleri de dahil olmak \u00fczere g\u00fczel freskler, tablolar ve heykellerle s\u00fcslenmi\u015ftir.<br \/>Katedralin \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan \u00f6zelliklerinden biri de d\u00f6rt s\u00fctunla desteklenen, aziz ve meleklerin freskleriyle s\u00fcslenmi\u015f b\u00fcy\u00fck kubbesidir.
